These Terms & Conditions outline the policies and expectations for scheduling and receiving services from Seabreeze Cleans. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Please review them carefully before confirming a service.
Terms
To confirm a booking with Seabreeze Cleans, a deposit equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total service fee is required. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Services are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and processed.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the service location is accessible at the scheduled time. If our crew is unable to access the property, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation and may result in forfeiting the deposit. We ask that clients notify us as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary. While deposits are non-refundable, we will make every effort to apply them toward a future appointment if rescheduling occurs with reasonable notice.
Full payment for services is due on the scheduled day of service. Payments must be successfully processed within two hours of service completion. Unsuccessful or delayed payments may be subject to additional fees.
Seabreeze Cleans accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as Zelle in lieu of cash. Returned or declined payments may incur an additional processing fee.
Seabreeze Cleans does not offer refunds for services rendered or deposits paid. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Missed appointments, including instances where our team cannot gain access to the property, may be charged in full at our discretion.
Our cleaning services include the general and specialty services as described on our website. Standard cleaning includes dusting accessible surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, wiping mirrors and glass, tidying, trash removal, and general cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Deep cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, office cleaning, and post-event cleaning include additional services as described in our service detail pages or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless specifically included, our services do not cover the moving of heavy furniture or décor, handling biohazards, or cleaning unsafe areas.
Clients are expected to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. It is the client’s responsibility to secure valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings prior to service. Any special instructions, damaged areas, or unique conditions must be communicated to Seabreeze Cleans in advance. We also require that basic utilities, such as water and electricity, are available during the scheduled cleaning.
At Seabreeze Cleans, we take pride in using eco-friendly products and sustainable practices whenever possible. These choices help protect the health of our clients, their families, and their pets, as well as the environment.
Our crews reserve the right to refuse service in areas where hazardous conditions exist, including but not limited to mold, pest infestations, visible firearms, or other unsafe environments.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. This may include circumstances involving unsafe conditions, repeated non-payment, or inappropriate behavior. Seabreeze Cleans also reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
While we take every precaution to care for your property, Seabreeze Cleans is not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces, furniture, or belongings. We are also not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed as fragile or for allergic reactions or sensitivities to cleaning products.
Clients acknowledge that our liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided.
Personal information collected through booking forms, including names, addresses, and contact details, is used solely to provide services, scheduling, and quotes. Seabreeze Cleans will never sell, trade, or share your information with third parties.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms will be resolved in Florida courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
